Welcome!

The Deli Operators Training Program for U.S. Deli Meats & Cheeses is a joint program sponsored by the U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC), the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) and the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC). 

The purpose of this program is to educate food retailers in international markets about ways to improve deli case management and increase sales of U.S. deli meats and cheeses.  At present, this pilot program is only available in the Caribbean and Central America.

This site was developed to assist deli department staff participating in the deli certification program.

If you are a deli staff enrolled in this program (see requirements), you are only a few steps away from completing the certification.  Your first step will be to create a user profile by selecting the Registration button above.   You will then be able to review the Training Materials on-line or select the Exams button to proceed to the test area.  Upon successful completion of the four exams, the program sponsors will award you the deli certificate.
