Discover U.S. Baking – Ingredients and Trends

USDEC will participate in "Discover U.S. Baking - Ingredients and Trends," an activity organized by the ATO Beijing, in cooperation with China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry. The event will be held June 6-7, 2024, in Changsha. Several other U.S. cooperators will also be present to promote their bakery ingredients.
USDEC will share the multifaceted benefits of using U.S. dairy permeate in bakery applications during the seminar. The event also includes Chef-led demonstrations which will be key to demonstrating U.S. dairy permeate's functionalities in delicious recipes.
