U.S. dairy permeate' s benefits will be promoted during the Chef-led bakery demonstration and instruction held in the context of the USA Pavilion at the "The 27th China Bakery Exhibition (CBE)", on May 10-12, 2024. ATO Guangzhou is organizing the event and USDEC has been working closely with staff and Chef Heinz in preparation for the presentation. CBE has become the biggest and the most popular bakery exhibition within China, and it attracts visitors and exhibitors from all over the world especially people from south China and Southeast Asia.

We invite our members and their local representatives, as well as current and future U.S. dairy ingredient customers to come meet with us and experience the permeate-containing creations of Chef Heinz.
