In 2025, USDEC plans to again participate in the activity organized by ATO Guangzhou during the 28th China Bakery Exhibition, which will be held May 10 to 12, 2025, in Guangzhou.

Similarly to last year, a booth and cooking demonstrations featuring several US bakery ingredients will be held. USDEC will support the promotion of various dairy ingredients. U.S. dairy permeate's benefits will be promoted during the Chef-led bakery demonstration and instruction held in the context of the USA Pavilion.

CBE has become the biggest and the most popular bakery exhibition in China, and it attracts visitors and exhibitors from all over the world, especially people from South China and Southeast Asia.

Members are invited to donate dairy ingredients to be used by the chef in their recipe development. We also invite our members and their local representatives, as well as current and future U.S. dairy ingredient customers, to come meet with us and experience the permeate-containing creations.
