Gulfood 2025

USDEC Members,
We are beginning recruitment for participation in the USDEC pavilion at Gulfood 2025 taking place February 17-21, 2025. If interested, please complete this fill form by 5:00 PM ET on Thursday, July 18. If you do not complete the form by the deadline, USDEC will only be able to accommodate your request for a booth space after all members who expressed interest via the fill form have been allocated a space or there is a cancellation.
For the 2025 show, we will have 16 booths available to members. These spots will be allocated by a random lottery drawing on Friday, July 19th. Being awarded a lottery spot does not guarantee your participation within the USDEC pavilion. All companies who are drawn in the lottery will be required to complete a copy of the USDEC Event Participation Agreement within one week of the lottery draw to confirm their participation, or their spot will be forfeited to another company.
The 2025 participation fee (nonrefundable) is as follows:
- Interior booth: $10,000
- Corner booth: $11,500
