On November 12-13, USDEC will host a Health & Wellness Beverage Innovation Workshop at the U.S. Center for Dairy Excellence (U.S. CDE) in Singapore, offering Southeast Asian formulators (including select participants from Vietnam) an in-depth look at beverage applications using U.S. dairy ingredients. This two-day workshop will highlight the functional benefits and formulation considerations of U.S. dairy whey proteins, milk proteins, and caseinates in creating regionally relevant, health-focused beverages.

Designed for R&D teams and industry professionals from across the beverage sector, the workshop will provide actionable insights into evolving local consumer preferences and the innovation opportunities they present. Sessions will also emphasize nutrition strategies to help tailor product offerings to meet the needs of health-conscious consumers.

Participating U.S. suppliers will have the chance to network with attendees and showcase how they can support end-users throughout the formulation process.
