USDEC will host in-country workshops on November 28 & 29, 2024, to train participants on how and why to use U.S. dairy ingredients to manufacture native Colombian cheeses and dairy products. Classroom and hands-on sessions will be featured. Participants will primarily include small-to medium-sized Colombian native cheese and dairy processors.
