USDEC will host three in-country workshops to train participants on how and why to use U.S. dairy ingredients to manufacture native Salvadoran cheeses/dairy products. Classroom and hands-on sessions will be featured. Participants will primarily include small- to medium-sized Salvadoran native cheese/dairy processors. Specific dates are yet to be determined.
