USDEC will host seven in-country workshops in Guatemala City on Oct. 7 & 9 (with the possibility of adding more dates) to train participants on how and why to use U.S. dairy ingredients to manufacture native Guatemalan cheeses/dairy products. Classroom and hands-on sessions will be featured. Participants will primarily include small- to medium-sized Guatemalan native cheese/dairy processors.
