Ingredient Training Workshops
September 1–October 31, 2024
Florencia and Pasto, Colombia
USDEC will host two in-country workshops to train participants on how and why to use U.S. dairy ingredients to manufacture native Colombian cheeses and yogurt. Classroom and hands-on sessions will be featured. Participants will primarily include small- to medium-sized Colombian native cheese and yogurt processors. The workshops will be held sometime in September or October, specific dates are yet to be determined.
