USDEC will host three in-country workshops in Monterrey, Mexico from March 4-6 to train participants on how and why to use U.S. dairy ingredients to manufacture native Mexican cheeses. Classroom and hands-on sessions will be featured. Participants will primarily include small- to medium-sized processors of Mexican native cheeses.
