USDEC will host a U.S. Dairy Innovation Seminar at the Conrad Dubai on Sunday, November 6, 2016, the day preceding the start of the Gulfood Manufacturing show. The daylong seminar will concentrate on enhancing the competitive edge of U.S. Dairy in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region.

Seminar attendees will include R&D and management staff from food and beverage end-users in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and Egypt. Presentations will include business case studies of actionable product and marketing insights that helped propel successful new products in the regional marketplace using U.S. whey and milk ingredients. Further focus will be on introducing strategies and opportunities for the MENA region's manufacturers to inspire innovative new products with U.S. dairy ingredients.
