Join USDEC in Madison, Wisconsin on September 14 to meet with a delegation of R&D and technical staff from five Vietnamese food & beverage manufacturers. The delegation will be visiting Wisconsin to gain innovation ideas and technical solutions to utilizing U.S. dairy ingredients such as whey & milk proteins and skim milk powder in ready-to-drink beverages and yogurt applications.

The meeting will provide an opportunity for U.S. suppliers to introduce their company and portfolio of dairy ingredients and discuss how they can deliver the nutritional benefits and functional advantages Vietnamese companies seek for their beverage and yogurt applications. One-on-one meetings are also planned as a further opportunity to engage with these key end-users.
