USDEC will host an hour-long webinar on August 28 themed Innovate to Elevate: U.S. Dairy Ingredient Formulation Opportunities for Food and Beverage Innovators. Broadcasted from the U.S. Center for Dairy Excellence, the webinar will help customers to understand key considerations for selecting the best-fit U.S. dairy ingredient based on the intended end-use application and functional needs. It will also include an in-kitchen segment highlighting U.S. dairy ingredient bakery and snack prototypes. The aim is to spur Southeast Asian customers' usage and innovation with U.S. dairy ingredients. Key speakers will be USDEC Southeast Asia staff including Martin Teo, senior director, food applications and innovation, and Calista Foo, food technologist.
