The General Administrations of Customs of China (GACC) has updated its lists of U.S. establishments eligible to export dairy and infant formula products to China. These lists have been posted onto the GACC website as of February 14, 2020, and can be found in Volume 2 of the Export Guide for China under the subsection "U.S. Dairy Plant Registration or Approval."

However, these lists are based on information provided to the FDA through October, 2019. Any changes of establishment information updated onto FDA's Export Listing Module (ELM) after October, 2019 will NOT show on the current lists. 

Please review the list and verify your plant listings. If you find any discrepancies, incorrect information, or note that your plant is not on the list, IMMEDIATELY notify Eddy Fetzer (efetzer@usdec.org) and Esther Lazar (Esther.Lazar@fda.hhs.gov) to ensure your plant is correctly listed on FDA's forthcoming updated list.
